This building is dated 1796. It was made uo of hamstone at the bottom and brick on the second floor.

There were 2 doorways, one above the other opening on to the top end of the building now bricked up. Also an entrance at the rear again bricked up. There are two post and truss joints and the roof is lined with wattle. The end of the building was a cart way, open both sides, the rear wall is now blocked up with blocks faced with hamstone.

The smaller building is hamstone with 3 beam trusses with king post possible of later period.

Dotted area represents building fallen down which was the old dairy and had a loft. All buildings have triple roman tiles pointed not rounded
